Faulty or incorrect items: Report within 30 days.

We’ll issue a returns authorization and return address.
Pack the item unused, with original packaging and tags.
Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return postage unless otherwise agreed. For faulty items, we cover return shipping.
We process exchanges where stock permits. If an item is out of stock, you’ll be offered a refund or store credit.
Items marked as final sale, intimate apparel (where hygiene seals are broken), or personalized goods cannot be returned unless faulty. These exceptions will be stated on product pages.
